I'm sorry if this has been asked/answered, but when your back is facing a ledge you can wavedash to grab the ledge and wavedash to slide off the ledge (into an aerial or shine for example). What is the technical difference in performing each? Sometimes I grab the ledge when I want to slide...

I've been as busy as ever, and haven't been able to check the boards lately if at all. I'd love to show up, though I don't represent SD very well in game play. If I know ahead of time, the likelihood of me showing up goes up a lot, especially if someone calls me to let me know.
