I don't think removing the vote is a reliable answer bc we don't know if they are all counted at the end or if the person who runs this tallies the votes during the process. If he/she tallied them during the voting process then he/she likely won't look back to see what everyone has changed since...

Well then if that's the case then many people are countervoting way too early. Based on what you said, people should wait, but they aren't, so it's still kind of a threat.

At this rate I wouldn't be surprised if countervotes put Pikachu above Sheik.

I think people are forgetting that we're not supposed to countervote. Remember...during this phase characters could and still only move up or down 1 tier at a time, so there's no reason for this anymore.
