    Matchup Discussion

I might have missed this earlier in the thread, but re: Rosaluma, do we know exactly which of Samus's moves put Luma into tumble state?

    Turnaround Charge Shot

Semantically you might be right, it has been years since I touched brawl so I might have mixed up terms like b-reversal, wavebounce, etc. In any case, to answer your original question, it's useful in sniping from the ledge unexpectedly. Have you come across any other applications?

    Turnaround Charge Shot

This is just a b-reversal of charge shot in the air. I've been using this for a while, most notable instance is in my 3DS highlight reel which some other users were discussing in the gameplay thread. Check it out in action here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9zWDXKDj_o#t=50s On the ground...

    Samus Gameplay Videos

Hi guys, here are a few more videos from online matches. This particular Falcon preferred a heavy ground-game and dash-based approach. I used plenty of crossup bombs to maintain spacing and to prevent him from starting his game the way he wants to play it. This match I break my opponent's...

    Bomb Uses

Too easily punished? I'm not so sure — once you abuse it and are predictable with it, yes, but it is still a solid movement option to have in your repertoire if used in the proper situation. Almost all of Samus's moves/options are highly situational which is why she's not a braindead character...

    Miami, FL

More specifically I live in NoBe area (71st/collins-ish) and commute a few minutes to Mid Beach (41st st ish) for work.. I rarely try to go any more south than Lincoln Rd because in my limited experience here it tends to be a trafficky touristy mess haha

    Miami, FL

Hey guys, I'm new to south Florida, I moved here last June and live and work in South Beach. Where can I find more info on Versus and Arcade Odyssey's events? I'm mainly looking to play Sm4sh on Wii U but finding any scene would be great.

    Official Samus

Chozo's play is really really good, you guys shouldn't miss it. He has really good spacing and patience but knows when to flip the switch and chase down. Very hype and super useful data!

    Bomb Uses

yea so I'm a recent bomb convert. used to hate on em but now that I've figured out a bit more of their timing, what's safe and what isn't, etc, they're pretty useful for certain matchups. especially where missiles are too slow/get punished by rushdown chars with great aerial or horizontal...

    Samus Gameplay Videos

Some online stuff vs a marth on anther's ladder, tried to pick the best/most interesting: Dumb SDs or whatever but I hope the second KO makes up for it. This was a few days after the first, but there's a lot of interesting stuff here: perfect pivot fsmashes, the reverse missile ledgegrab...

Sakurai: All I want for christmas is a patch with high-priority D-AIR

Oh, I get what you mean now. I suppose that's true, so much so that I don't even dare to dair against grounded opponents or to meet air-to-air with it, I pretty much only throw it out when the opponent's main priority is to recover, where it would be just as risky for them to throw out a move...
