Mind you this extends her standing grab and not her dash grab. And she can do it with her shield which she can then follow up with oos Up-B.

You shouldn't be using that video as an example, that Bayonetta player didn't do most of the combos right. This video was posted in this thread not to long ago and another user explained what was wrong with it.

No one has confirmed it yet but its pretty obvious that you can act out of dash attack quicker. If it has always been that way no way would it be considered a bad move.

I'm pretty sure, and even some users from the Bayonetta section noticed this, is Bayonetta can act out of her dash attack quicker. Would be great if we could see a side by side.

Yeah that's what I'm saying. I feel the endlag (and speed?) got buffed. I really don't think its placebo. I've noticed this first during Pink Fresh's bout with Nairo earlier today.

It's a proximity thing. She won't be able to witch time you if you're not close to her.

Could someone test her dash attack and see whether or not you can act out of it faster?

It's heel slide 2, the second kick. Her aerial heel slide is still safe. Pink Fresh has not used one grounded heel slide to pull off his combo earlier today against Nairo. By like 2-3 units but it doesn't matter since they're usually charged when thrown out anyway.

Can someone confirm, can you act out of dash attack faster?
