Klaw is one of those moves where even though it's rewarding to land, it's not worth the amount of effort. Klaw is so tiny it's sickening.

It's like Ike. He doesn't have to actively approach with a move. Sometimes you can just throw out a big move in someone's face to counterpoke and to stuff approaches. And since Bowser has to approach in this matchup, it's one of those things that works fairly often.

Aside from low percent Uthrow to Utilt combos, I just do Uthrow to Nair all the time because I like the damage and positioning. When they get to kill percents, I go for the Uair.

Cloud can just Fair your shield all day and the shieldstun is so ludicrously long that it's impossible to punish at most ranges. Obviously that sets him up to get hit by run up Usmash though. However, if our answer to something is "run up Usmash", then we got some huge problems.

Cloud's jab is really damn stupid because he can actually outbox Bowser. And that's really dumb.

Depends on the character. Overall it's less reliable than the Ding Dong and requires higher percents to get the kill. And yes, sometimes you have to read DI. EDIT: I just realized you have a Tyrian avatar. 10x points.

No I'm pretty sure Bowser still sucks. He still has the same issues against any decent character. It's just that he gets big conversions off throws now. It's a huge buff, but Bowser is just really flawed in general.

You mean all 4 hits? I have. It depends on the character and the percent. Even getting 2 hits is acceptable because Nair does like 6 per hit and puts you in a really good position afterwards. Make sure you full hop Nair. Are you doing it from a shorthop instead?
