I was wondering if anyone had any data on what Olimar's fastest moves were? Like what is his fastest aerial move, or fastest ground move?

I dont use Bayo as much as I used to, but shes my secondary and I find that the mu's that are bad for olimar tend to be more doable with her and vice versa

I have question, so Im testing that jump glitch that goes like: jump, witch twist, witch twist, jump, side burner, but it doesnt work when you are off stage, does she not have double jump when she goes off stage? or am I missing something? or do all characters not have that once they go off...
