thing is, they don't need to make money. the government would "come in to stop them", or be allowed to do so, after 10 uploads/streams in just 180 days. and, should they make money, just $2500 in 180 days is enough, i'm pretty sure that more ad revenue is created for say, vg bootcamp or something.
