  • Why don't you click on this link: http://www.smashboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=107 ( Meet and Greet section) and make a thread there and introduce yourself. Just give some information like what you like and what your experience with Smash Bros is or how you came to getting the game. What other games you like. Any other interests, Whether or not you'll be able to play against people online, etc.

There are lots of friendly ppl here. (: and you're sure to get a responce if you introduce yourself in the meet and greet section.
My name is irrelevant :) The game is a cross over fighting game with many of the most well known nintendo characters in it. AND SONIC TOO for the first time! :D As you can see, The Smash bros series has grown very popular mostly due to the previous title which was for the Gamecube called Melee.

Smash Bros is great because you can see all the Nintendo characters interact together in one game. Something that rarely happens outside of this series of games!

Sonic's in the new game,he's pretty complicated to use though so maybe looking through the stickied threads in the Sonic boards and watching some vids of him in action on youtube to get an idea on how to use him would be something worth considering. There's a giant community(here) dedicated to this series of games that often hold online tournaments and real life tournaments, often for money or prizes!

It's just an overall fun game in my opinion, but it's deffinatly something that's alot more fun with friends than by yourself.

Since you're new here I reccomend reading the rules and looking around some before posting too much. Also something important to keep in mind : if you have a question and are thinking about making a thread about it, look to see if it has been answered already first. This is a big forum and the mods like to keep it as neat as possible so members can find what they're looking for. :)

    Welcome to Smashboards :)
