Hey y'all, is there a certain part of the dair hitbox I should try to hit with? It could be my imagination but it seems that occasionally when I'm pillaring, a dair wouldn't send my opponent downwards very far and they can act before I continue. It just seems like most of the time it'll spike...

Happy Christmas man! As far as I'm aware there isn't much use to autocancel bair cause it only saves a couple frames and requires some quick fingers. From what I've been told l-canceling is more reliable and pretty much just as good.

I really like SHFFLing and then waveshining out of it. Also just kinda dashdancing around shooting lasers, anything that'll warm up your hands. Nothing kills technical skill like cold hands.

I can help you out with that. Instead of just holding down the B button, Press A and sideways on the control stick and hold it until fox comes close. That should work.

Moonwalking with spacies. I know it's not really critical to the space animal meta but GOD DAMN is it frustrating.

I pretty much use R for everything except l-canceling and when I u-smash out of shield. I don't know how or why I started doing it but muscle memory is a tricky mistress.

I would suggest posting on the Marth character discussion board. They can give you specifics on where a Marth main should start. But yeah, l-canceling, wave-dashing, and just knowing your character and how he moves is a generally good starting place.

Never realized how woefully inconsistent with shine-bairing a high percent Marth I am. I guess that means that the trials are working!
