62.5-37.5 Lucario so slightly over 60-40 IMO. Its not a free MU as mentioned but Lucario has a pretty solid advantage. Can outpower ganon with aura, plus has better speed, movement and frames. However you wont live insanely high % likely so have to rely on a medium aura like under 100%...

Lucario being floaty in the air is the hardest part of getting caught in the air, which makes landing tricky and risk for getting vanished or up aired coming down even if she misses the up air out of the throw. If sheik can't vanish him or get a tipper u smash Lucario can live a long time...
