    If you don't want CF to turn around, you can hold down and CF will do the same thing, but facing the other way. The OP said to move the stick toward the stage to grab ledge, but if you hold stick downward you just fall facing away from the ledge. Hope this helps.

    I like to consider it wave dashing in air. Not as useful, but still has SOME use. Much like Lucas' Running jump side B into Down B.

    I agree with Strong Bad, however I would like to point out that often in 3.5 an Fthrow or Dthrow that would normally lead to an easy Fsmash, no longer does because sometimes when you input Fsmash right after a throw, the Fsmash would not happen. Especially if you used a C stick to input the smash.

    The problem is not that it wont work. its just that it's a sub par punish. its a fun mix up, but professionals would rather read the tech or punish the lack of tech with an Fsmash or Dtilt into tech chase.

    Project M 3.5 is here! Sweet! So I pop it in and try it out and the first thing i noticed was wavedashing has gotten way more smooth and longer like in melee. Next few thing i notice is the Ganon change and the Link nerfs. The Link nerfs weren't warranted IMO, but I'll save that for another...
