    With an item in hand, dash, press up on the c-stick, (assuming the c stick is set to smash) and z. You should throw the item up, slide the direction of your dash, and are free to act into any of your moves. Megaman, shulk, and ike have the best ones imo. But megaman utilizes it best because he can make an item whenever he wants.
