    BAHahaha! But seriously what's wrong with staws??? Anyways. Sounds like triweeklies could work. Meet more often, but not too often. For people that would need to get work off. It doesn't sound like your asking for it too often.

    Nothing holding behind the controller on the left? Crazy. I do something similar which I have heard called the claw. I don't know, I just can't play 'normally', I've tried.

    To be fair, even that isn't hard... Also, Doesn't nearly everyone hold the controller the same? I mean there could be someone out there that holds it upside down, but not many.

    Color Costumes ..Does it matter

    Sadly, for I am the one with the bad eyes. :( And as such I generally use a color that stands out. But if it doesn't matter I use white, or green for fun.
