Forgive me if I'm still skeptical. For example, the FAF on Tink's backroll is 27, whereas if he blocks Arcfire on its active hitbox frame 12, his backroll would take 26 frames while Robin would only be able to act 14 frames later, much less dashgrab. Unless there's something I'm missing here.

With a FAF of 55 and 55th running speed? Not unless you have the worst roll and CQC in the game you're not.

Kurogane lists Corrin's active counter frames as 7 - 29 with a FAF of 64. It also lists Witch Time with a FAF of 45... You know, in case it isn't already the undisputed best counter in the game. Edit: :4greninja:'d.
