I feel you. Sheik certainly loses neutral hard to Falco but the matchup is somewhat brought back to center because of Sheik's strong punish game and edgeguarding. That said, I would have a hard time giving it a number. If I did, it would be more like 45:55 than 40:60 though.

Just work on your Dthrow followups on different characters- ask me if you want to know anything in particular. Against fox, falco and falcon you want to tech chase them and against others you're gonna want to do dthrow into dthrow, a tilt or an aerial. Making your punishes better will help you...

Same, getting the high recoveries is hard. They have so many options and its difficult to make a solid read.

I think every decent Sheik player knows about this, it often comes down to preference because it doesn't reeeally matter that much. I personally love to use a tag but yeah, generally not in bracket.
