    Falcon Kyick?

If you start falcon kick on the middle of yoshi story's platform (left or right one), once the falcon kick animation ends, there'll be no lag and you can jump and platform cancel an aerial. This might not make any sense but it's worth mentioning.

    CPU techchasing

Is it possible to practice techchasing on various lvl. fox and falco cpu's? I've noticed that they tech inwards once in a while, or in place after a d-throw. Is there anyway to make the cpu to tech more often?

    Lord's Falcon

Lord has been around in norcal for a while now. He doesn't go to many tournaments, but there are videos of him in 07, but none of them show him playing as falcon

Official Captain Falcon Video Critique Thread

Yes, getting your tech skill down when under pressure is extremely important, because if you plan on going to places with crowds, you'll be pressured quite a bit, and might perform under-par. I learned this the hard-way at my first smashfest.

Monthlies are great ways to practice. Just make sure you get matches with a lot of different people.

Also another thing to mention is to always try to keep the pressure on fox. You were letting fox run circles around you.

Skeletom, I noticed that you always approach wildly and at the wrong times. You can approach when he messes up something, but you should mostly be waiting for the opponent to approach, as falcon's approaches aren't safe in general. Grabs are essential against fox, because as stated earlier...

    Gentleman to grab is safe?

A, A, A+crouch is good if you gentleman someone who is trying to cc it, because you can cc back, although I prefer A,A,A+Z.

Falcon Mind-Meld: A Captain Falcon Matchup Thread (now on: EDGEGUARDING))

Just to make a note, u-throw to d-throw-dropzone works well for me if the fox doesn't di the u-throw. It should work at percents where u-throw chaingrab is possible, so around 60% or so.

LOL, I think I did this once on yoshi's story; it was my last stock and after shining me, he decided to go all the way down and shine me again but I uaired and he got stage spiked pretty bad.

    Dolphin Slash

Check out some of PewPewU's videos on Youtube. His marth uses a ton of dolphin slash. I've seen him use f-air, dj f-air to dolphin slash before in a set a while ago vs SS.
