I uncovered the mystery behind the down-B technique. It looks like it some buffering mechanics going on when you press Down while you still have a ASC active and then you press shield. The result is that you will get an instant shield drop off the platform. Down-B always stays on the platform...

We just don't understand what is going on yet. @Kami~ did you get hit before you SD'd? The game might treat actual SDs different than "kills".

Was the aura multiplier formula extracted directly from the game data? Anyway lucario does get a boost from being down a stock. I definitely explioted it with a friend in some casual doubles. How crazy does it get idk? I never really played dubz on the 3ds version.

I never said Lucario was bad. Or even good. He is great. He isn't good though without aura. Just imagine if we had to play with a lucario locked at 50%. He would be mid tier-is in a heartbeat.

Use the tether grab. Lucario's like to hang in the space thether grabs are effective.
