What characters are solo-mainable?
Only one each, Peach struggles with Jigglypuff and ICs struggles with Peach. Otherwise I'd say the rest of the chart is pretty much good enough for them to not need a counterpick.- Henke

What characters are solo-mainable?
Peach probably has too much of a bad matchup against Puff in order to be solomainable. AFAIK it's the second worst matchup among the top tiers, apart from Peach-ICs.- Henke

What characters are solo-mainable?
I believe Fox, Falco, Marth, Puff and maaaaybe Sheik can be completely Solomained. I'm unsure about Falcon, but in recent tournaments he has showed potential, so I wouldn't count him off either. Every other character can probably only serve as secondaries and counterpicks IMHO.- Henke
