I agree, this is just a dash cancel. Doing it your way and canceling the dash with a smash produce the same results.

Nice bucket finish on the second to last video. I liked it, needs some work but so does everyone, we just got the game. The down throw tech chase seems harder to connect with then some people have been making it out to be.
