There's a mistake in the patch notes, Luma HP hasn't been changed from 50 to 40, but 60 to 48, it was 50 in Smash 4 but they buffed it to 60 in Ultimate and then they set it back to 48 rn, I've found this by using Fox lasers and at the 2.4% laser range it takes 20 lasers to kill the Luma...

Luma's HPs have been decreased from 60 HP to 48. Rosalina's standing grab has been reduced by 1 frame (from frame 7 to frame 6). Luma respawns 1 second faster than before (around)

I know Neutral B tier list had been made, but I don't agree with Rosa on D, even falln told me neutral b might be her best move, it's a move that allow a much more faster desync and at a much more long distance, it's a key to her gameplay, it can kill early also and you can do air shenanegans...

I keep getting pivot grab, uthrow to somethin', I always hated fighting a bowser actually, but that's a honest character! I have two mains: :4mario:and :4ryu:

Who do you think deserves this title? In my opinion, I'm hesitating between Mario's upsmash (if reverse jump cancelled, it's super hard to punish) or Meta Knight fsmash (this thing when shielded pushes the opponent SUPER FAR and kills super early)
