    Captain Charlie Moveset (Olimar Echo Fighter)

    Would be mostly the same as Olimar, but with some changes Moveset Changes: Neutral Special: Instead of whites and purples,Charlie would use Rocks and Winged Pikmin. The Rocks would be like Purples, but be resistant to physical attacks. Winged Pikmin wouldn't weigh down Charlie in his Up...

    you are probably right about heroes being first, but I think instead of EPF agents, it would be a generic penguin from the game, a generic penguin could represent all parts of club penguin.
