upthrow upsmash isn't even possible on falcon 0-15. he can tech the uthrow before the usmash hits. either uptilt (very fast) or accept the tech chase. you could shine but it really bears no benefit since it's a shine out of the air... a knockdown is much more desiderable.

honestly tech in place feels just like the easiest thing to hit with the upair. also tech in place shine frame perfect shine is a lot harder than tech in place frame perfect shield (just hold l/r), and that would protect from the uair just as well. tech roll to their back into frame perfect...

comboing a nair into shine vs a crouching fox at 0% is only possible if you do a weak nair, right? also, do you get more leniency for the combo if the nair is stale? oh and one more thing: how hard (in term of frames) is it to link a running shine into a sh nair out of shine on another fox...

How can you practice the fastest nair? basically I wanna guarantee I do a frame 7 nair as many times as possible. No access to 20xx. I know sheiks know they're doing the perfect (frame 6) nair if they can hit puff with the raising hitbox of the aerial... anything similar for fox?

You could mix in shineless pressure (nair -> nair -> nair), jab pressure (jab -> crouch -> jab), shieldstab attempt (nair -> shine -> dair with no fastfall). hitting a nair, a jab or a drill definitely leads to more than just a shine vs marth

the marth thing is you have to dash out of the wavedash and jump cancel the shine without leaving the ground in order to continue the combo, very thight in terms of input.

i feel you man! anyway in that case i think getting down jc grab perfectly should be your top priority during training. try some dash -> shield stop -> a (basically shieldgrab out of a dash), i guess it is just as fast as jc grab if executed perfectly (possibly faster?), just do not press l+a at...

yes the easiest method to fully angle your shield without rolling would be either doing so while performing another action, or by inputting a dash by fully tilting your stick and cancelling it into shield asap into shield drop.
