Probably the best PAL moveswap is mewtwo swapping into captain falcon. It's basically perfect except up and down specials

you should use them all. The "must be on" and the "move swap" codes have to be used. The other two just stop it from freezing. Your lucky, PAL doesn't have any fixes :(
