    With what aspect of it? Neutral game? Punish game? As far as punish game goes, Flipp got a LOT of mileage off Silver's Falco with upthrow and the sticky. Unfortunately it seems he has no good answer for neutral. Take Falco to a stage where you can camp platforms.
