We don't really need 9 tiers for a cast of 12. Seriously, having 3-4 should cover it. Everyone knows that Pika is the best. That doesn't mean he needs to be SSS and have Fox, Kirby, and possibly Falcon as SS. Just put them all together.

I don't think you need to worry about djc right now. It doesn't sound like you're at the point where that really matters. Instead, think about spacing short hopped aerials and work on combos centered around an utilt
