a good way to start off is to close in on the ground and SHL/jab > Grab > Dthrow > RBPG(buffered) >Dthrow > techchase Usmash. It's worked on many occasions for me and even if you can't land all of it, you can still get some decent damage. Lasering a lot also helps shut down everything he has...

I haven't tested this out but I'm pretty sure that in certain instances you can cancel out some of his smash attacks when they're at the starting frames. It's happened before when I was fighting Ike and he's vulnerable to grabbing since he's in a punishable position and you don't slide away out...

true, but it doesn't mean that a ganon player should be underestimated. it's a huge weakness but a good player can compensate enough to turn the match against you if you get overconfident and start making stupid mistakes

most likely not. you'll have upward momentum when you're released from the attack so you shouldn't fastfall if you do it immediately after the hit.

it would be much easier for you to just practice the timing yourself. you won't get it perfect the first time obviously but it will help much more than someone trying to show you the exact timing.

but how likely is it that you're gonna be frame perfect during the chaingrab? is it relatively easy to be frame perfect with the chain?
