Yes yes and yes. On my match history there are 4 games where i build frozen mallet. Its just sometimes depending on the enemy bruiser you dont need it to kite them. Like if they have super good gap closers its a must. But kog with frozen mallet is super funny. i kited pantheon all day in game...
