Completely up to the user in all honesty. I have mine put to tilt though, mainly because I think it's very easy to do smash attacks already, but also because Palutena's tilts are a little bit more useful this time around so it's better to be able to get them out.

Down-B (special) is both her Counter and Reflect, and will react depending on what sort of attack is hitting her. If a normal attack hits her, she will counter, if a projectile hits her, she will reflect. Both cannot happen at the same time.

From my attempts, it works, but at higher percentages, Explosive Flame will just launch them too much to do any guaranteed spike. It's much better just d-throw and then go for d-air. It works at any perfcentage up to 100% at least.
