Might be a bit overpowered, unless they tweak the animation a lot. Magically nailing people with your immobile hands and killing them at what, 100/110%? I'd expect some salt, particularly if Abadango continues to do well with Wario.

Gamer and Norfair aren't terrible, though Gamer has some setups that encourage degenerate play (not all the time, though.) Luigi's mansion, however, is basically Cave of Life: The Stage, and it should not be legal. I can't think of an instance or a matchup where Luigi's Mansion encourages...

The problem in Diddy's case is a matter of A. hitstun and B. his incredibly fast aerials. It's extremely unlikely that you're going to be able to avoid getting nailed with an aerial after diddy throws you, he's just too quick. The question SHOULD be: You know Diddy's going to at least ATTEMPT...
