It is odd and hard to believe, but trust me. I think that maby hitting R could "cancel" the move? I think more testing should be done by someone who has the game to clarify. Then we can say whether it is something Ike could use to his advantage, disadvantage, or if it was just a fluke.

You know, as I was playing as Ike, something unusual happened. I used his >B move alot, it's a great move after all. Naturally, when I charged it up it went a set distance. While I used it, right after I released it's charge, I hit and held the R button. This caused Ike to fly past my opponent...

Thanks for the vids. They're great quality and will allow us to analyze how Ike plays easier. Plus, Ike is just plain cool!

Heh, I must admit, when Marth trips, it's quite funny. Still, I wonder why characters trip? Not to mention, it seems to be somewhat random....

Very interesting. I'm sure this ability would be great in long time matches or stock battles, However If Lucario is too light where at 150% or more, he is simply swatted away, then it may not be too effective. I'll certainly be using Lucario after finding this out though.
