The only BPs in the folder are the ones added in Project M. Just like character costumes, since these are all seperate files, if one is not on the SD it will be loaded from the disc. If you need to change one, simply copy an existing one, rename it and replace the actual picture within.

When the game crashes does it buzz or is it silent? It sounds like there's a problem with the BPs or CSPs. Make sure you have BPs and that you have stocks in menu/common/stockface, info2/info and stgresult.pac and that they are all named correctly (there's a guide stickied in this forum)

You can make 11 and 12 team colors, just not 13 and 14.

Don't forget, on the official site the PMDT put up a change list so you can see exactly what was changed. If you did a lot of stage swaps I would recommend just taking the new stuff out of the official release and implementing them into your build manually. It sounds like you changed a hell of a...
