It's a campus tournament in a small town but I've heard that really good people from around Texas have shown up in the past, and there will be a stream of it on Twitch apparently. I'm looking to represent Shulk there with Diddy Kong as a secondary. Any tips for a first time tournament player?

Thanks for the advice! It was pretty disheartening to come off a pretty good series of wins as Shulk and then get 2 stocked by 3 Captain Falcons in one day ha :p. Next time I come across one I'll make sure to follow your advice. And thanks for the nice welcome. I'm glad to be here.

Finally found another Shulk after about 100 games. Played 3 ditto matches (I won all of them), and switched to Fox. I don't think he mained him because he overused his counter and rarely used his arts, going only for Smash on occasion, but still good games.
