I've lost all faith in Halberd after the stage gimped me I would've shown replay but I was so salty I refused to I tried to ride the stage to grab ledge but the part where it starts to go in like an hourglass on the ship part blocked me :(

Quick Drill is super good because it is lightning fast horizontal recovery and has very little lag compared to everything else I'd be surprised if it wasn't one of MK's best specials

I'm probably over exaggerating but I really like it as an optional kill move compared to UpB. However, the side effects are that it only hits once, only flies upward, and is hard to predict with it. But, the rewards for it are amazing.

Noooo I beg to differ on that tornado customs now that I've been experimenting Entangling Tornado is soooo good like pls Its a frame trap rising kill move that kills around 100 near the ground use it in the air as a mixup and they'll fall right into it after trying to air dodge the UpB dying...

With EVO allowing customs now, what customs have you been using? Persobally, I like either a 1211 or a 2211. Dat High-speed drill ain't nothing to scoff at, it's a quick horizontal recovery option with very little lag. Shuttle Loop and Dimensional Cape are still godly, as the other ones suck...

I also found myself doing Nair>DownTilt a lot. Nairing towards them is a very aggressive attack, and if they dodge it by a slight distance, Nair has so little lag that you can DTilt and trip them, allowing a followup with Dash Attack. Over here in NorCal some people have picked up MK as fun...
