Sorta, You jump cancel grab then when you start throwing the opponent up you do the normal running grab.

Normally I go on FD on 20xx and have the Cpu use smart DI so when I grab I get a vareity of DI mix ups once I start the chain grab.

Also if they are campy they cant just use lasers forever so you can expect a approach. If they dont approach get closer and they might mess up on throwing a move right after. If you didnt do anything you can usually get a Down Smash or a good punish. If the fox seems to hit you all the time...
