If I had to guess, I would say it was something in favor of Geno fans getting hate, and maybe that's why he deleted it. At this point it wouldn't surprise me if Verg actually hates Geno's fanbase like everyone else.

Is there an HD version of this? The Geno render looks pretty damn cool.

We are in a different situation. With Shovel Knight and Shantae, that experiment made sense because they're both indie characters and don't come from a BIG company as Square is. Square doesn't interact like those companies with their fans on twitter, It just doesn't mean anything for us to get...

I think he's turning around. It'd make sense for him to have that weird pose at the beginning of the turning animation. However the background doesn't help my theory, he looks like he's in mid-air, but it could be anything.
