Don't feel bad, I started like last December or January and didn't attend a tournament until July. But since then I've probably been to like 5 so far.

I'm a gannon/marth main but i love playing a diverse group of characters. I can play Falcon to practice combos for my gannon. Falco/fox help with tech skill. The rest just give me chances to try new things and practice tech skill with different characters.

I'll usually not bother with a tag during tournaments. However, when I'm playing at home with my friends, I may use CMAC or one of the other tags on my memory card, but still its rare even then.
