Criteria (in my eyes) include medium weight and average reach. Most importantly a standered/special/ariel move that generally annoys other players. My pick include Yoshi and Pikachu. Their Down-Bs FTW!

Its not required to make it from scratch. All they have to do is modify the original game. If not for bonus content they could at least fix some characters. No input from Sakurai. Its that simple.
