Fraymakers kinda does that I think you can wavedash normally but wavedashing can be its own button if you assign a key to it in the options menu.

Yes it does and in Rivals wavedash is bufferable lol.

The first one has my OCs (Like my pfp for instance) and one is SMG4 characters (Along with N as a guest fighter from Murder Drones by Glitch productions, which was made by the same people who made SMG4) I also have a lawl thing coming up lol

IDK, but if you mean "Wavedash is intentionally put into the game" many platform fighters have done that
