    Matchups in which the cyclone starts off charged are different in the PAL version

    I was curious why you got different results and tested everything I could imagine. The different results were caused by how you chose the stage. Example: P1 Fox, P2 Luigi If you go to the stage select screen and chose Battlefield or if you use the random button and get to BF it is charged. BUT...
