I have to agree, even with the (terrible) wifi, Brawl just doesn't seem as fun as melee used to be, I could play melee hours on end even by myself just practicing new moves etc. Now with Brawl I turn it on, see if anyone is on wifi, if not, I usually turn it off and play some psp or xbox haha.

Wolf is the easiest to do good with, and I thought fox was terrible until I finally played someone that was good with him and that changed my mind drastically. IMO Falco is terrible and worse than a lot of other characters.

That's just stupid... You are comparing brawl a 1-2 year old wii game, to Melee a first generation Gamecube game, not to stomp on your Wiipeen or anything, but a current generation gamecube game could probably match Brawl's graphics fine, though on more than one disc haha. No point in trying...

why is everyone saying falco is so good? His down spike is harder to sweet spot, his reflector sucks now and his laser is limited without the old good short hopping. Flame away or give me good reasons why I am wrong, but every falco I've faced so far was an easy match for me.

W/e, I think it's random and it will probably stay random, I hope someone figures out how to do it, but I doubt it will ever happen. The videos I've watched from the 3 competitive topics have shown that it is completely random and happens maybe once or twice a match to someone, and other times...
