Hola, I'm a new smasher hailing from OKC, OK, in the USA. mmmmkay? Just now getting into competitive smash but I don't have hardware yet. All I have is Dolphin :/ but I get 60 Frames 100% of the time :D. It worked out well when I played some local games. Honestly hardware looks a great deal better.
