    I don't remember exactly how the story went, but iirc, it's about a guy who if anyone looks into him dead in the eye, he has some sort of control over the person (mind control?), and the whole story is about whether that power will corrupt him or not.

    That sounds like a pretty engaging show, especially considering the positive reception of the series.

    What's wrong with the videos though? Does it skip really bad?

    That actually sounds like an interesting show. I have a friend from college that downloaded Deathnote in HD with the English dub, so I guess I'm watching that. I'm actually looking forward to Code Geass more, since I gave her the first 10 or so episodes on DVD as a gift. I got her into that show, and now her and her mom are hooked >_>. She told me the story behind it, and I understand why they both like it so much.

    Well I'm pretty much 18, but yeah, I can handle the violence. Well, it kinda depends. Gears of War and Mortal Kombat are stupidly violent, and I can play those games for hours. Is the violence really dark? That's a little harder to watch. She said that it was short, and because of that, I should watch it first, that way, I can get it out of the way for when we watch Deathnote together (She's waiting for me so she can start watching it).

    Don't...run BP. x.x No one does that anymore because it's too exploitable. Too many priority moves, and most BP teams just get Roar/Whirwind'd out. It's useless. And Scizor can be SO much more than a generic Baton Passer. Trust me.

    don't do Baton Pass Scizor. You're better off using the U-Turn/Bullet Punch/whatever/whatever Choice Band moveset. Test you team on Shoddy and stuff first. Weather teams are tricky.
