Sawndz 0.13 is included with Super Sawndz

Yeah, the red is just an estimate that works for most groups. If it's still not loading you've got to remove some things/ compress some things. I find sounds over 22 KHz to take up too much space, but only go 16 KHz if you're desperate for space.

Use Super Sawndz, it will show you how big each folder is getting. General rule is to keep it under 0xDDDDDD, which Super Sawndz will alert you to. If it's over the size, you might be able to bring it down by replacing some sounds with blank.wav, included in both versions of Sawndz.

What happens if you try to start sawndz.exe on it's own?

Yes, you can pick and choose which one to use, I think you can even use multiple! The xml file created by the program has an on/off switch you can flip in Riivolution if you want to load something else. Those other XML files are for easily using your normal gecko code setup where everything is...

Did you put smashbros_sound.brsar in that same folder? Try moving it to a different folder and opening it with file->open.

What does show up in the message box?

You're using the wrong version of sawndz, it should be 0.13. Extract sawndz.exe from the zip file again.

Just select a wav, select a sound, and hit insert. If it's a .sawnd file then you just have to hit insert and it will replace the right files. Any errors should pop up in the green text window.

You can use it just to quickly edit your common5.pac that you use with Gecko, it just won't handle anything else for you.
