I use X to jump, but when i multishine i switch it up to y as it makes it easier to teeter back and forth. However when i want to land a fast JC shine then i use X as my hands are too fast to use Y. Hope that makes sense lol.

Buffer-roll CC Shine or Dair is a decent option.

Use side-b recovery any vertical chance you get. It seems like you got punished everytime you tried to Up-B to ledge horizontally. Also don't drop your punishes at low percents with flashy movement. Falco should be able to rack up atleast 50% everytime he lands a shine that isn't cc'd.

Don't get salty when you lose. Learn from your losses and don't expect your opponents to tell you what you did wrong. Play good players more and you'll get better. You didn't chose the Falco lyfe the Falco lyfe chose you.

UThrow dair works sometimes. If you land that Dair then combo away ;)! If they don't tech the dair then jab reset that ****. If they tech then punish that ****. Falco ****s up marth so e z.

In this MU, you must keep constant pressure like any other MU. Dair and spaced bairs are your best friend in this MU. if you anticipate the samus to Up-B OoS then you can either CC it or wait for the Up-B and then punish with accordingly. Use the shine. Powershield them missiles. D-Smash her...

A great way to get consistent in Melee is with the 20XX hack pack. Grind that **** for hours.
