I mean, there's only one good answer... don't attack. If it's her get out a jail free card, pull back your attacks before she uses it. i has a lot of lag after using it, so punishing afterwards shouldn't be too hard.

When I fight Dr. Mario, I do my best to recover above the ledge... just as I would Mario. To avoid getting gimped by a megavitamin, try and angle yourself to have to preform a vertically launched PKT2.. I think that's your best bet. The goal when fighting Dr. Mario is getting him off the stage...

It stalls and raises you up if you do it on the way up a jump.. So it sort of stalls.

I tested this out a week or two ago, and the tripping is still random in smash4. I even tried to see if a higher damage affected it, but it doesn't occur more often.
