Thunder Canceling

Game Versions
Smash 3DS, Smash Wii U
Thunder canceling is an action that can be done with and fighter who has a ranged projectile, or an ability to absorb energy. The technique can be done one of various ways.

Way 1
While Ness / Lucas is using PK Thunder, use a projectile to hit them while in the middle of attacking. This works for all in game characters, with the exception of all fighters who lack projectiles which cause players to flinch

Way 2
This way is more risky, but may work, but only with Ness and Lucas. While the enemy is using PK Thunder, charge a side smash towards them, and then release once they get close enough to you!

Way 3
This way works for only Zero suit Samus, Samus, Link, and Lucas becaue they all have whip-based grabs. While your enemy is using PK Thunder, hit them with your grab item, this should cause then to flinch, if not, use a projectile!

Way 4
This way is only possible with characters that can absorb energy, such as Lucas, Roselina and Luma, and Ness. While a foe is using PK Thunder to recover, stay near then, and use your move to absorb PK Thunder.

Rename the article "How to gimp PK Thunder" as it wasn't obvious at first what you meant and was misleading, other than that, pretty decent job.
The biggest issue with this guide is that it wasn't immediately obvious that it was discussing how to stop a Ness/Lucas' Thunder 2.
Not exactly an outstanding guide, but these are valid tips. As for "Way 2," it's important to know that Ness has full armor on the first half of his PKT2 and cannot be hit out of it until the attack is nearly finished. Lucas lacks armor (iirc), so this would work much better against him.
The idea for this guide is great, but there needs to be a lot more time and effort put into it. More text, pictures, etc. You can type out the entire thing, but some people have no idea what's going on. Also, I wouldn't exactly call it thunder canceling. Maybe try: How to stop Ness & Lucas from recovering?
