I personally don't think this would be applicable to competitive play, but it's definitely a cool trick to know. I think just reaching for a ledge initially would be a safer option, because an opponent can easily predict you floating back onto stage and punish. Nice video with cool music, but I don't think this application has very many uses in the heat of battle.

As I stated in the video, this is good if you wiff an up-B trying to hit your opponent with it. Or even after you hit and just wanna move right away. which is good to quickly stay close to your opponent as the are trying to land safe with states that have platforms.
