Obviously, I'm rating the part I've not written.
You format ted your part pretty well, but you just need to get all your facts straight. Always remember that Training Mode has no knockback modifiers, and that you need to account for sweetspoted and tilted version of Smashes. Luckily, the part I've written covers this, atleast.
Otherwise, you're on the right track, boy.

Did what it needed to perfectly. There is no reason whatsoever for it to be rated this low. This is coming from a Mario main myself.
