Forgot Dash Attack

So I just realized I forgot Dash attack but even if I had it in it would've basically said to never use the move unless there's no other possibly way another move can get there (which is rare) it's useless because it has no follow ups, doesn't kill, and it's has a lot of startup and cool down on the move making it worthless
