GW doesn't get much love for some reason. He's just a hard working man trying to feed his wife n kids, y no like him? I'mma given u a guide (in a form so that ur pathetic scrub mind can understand) on how to play as him, first his moves!
His ground game is decent. His Forward-tilt is quite strong and can kill easily at high percentages. His Up-tilt is AMAZING! It can do 14% if then 2 hit-boxes connect, but it has a small hit box. Down-tilt is nothing to behold. Sure it does have a wind-box (a wind box is a move that can push peeps in2 da air) that can troll recovering peeps and reflect projectiles like Pac-Man's fruits and Mario's fireball if timed correctly but doesn't do much damage or knock-back so I'll just avoid it and go for a Forward-tilt.
His smashes are godly like when that time I went to Taco-Bell and ordered a sock. Up-smash can kill easily at 90% or higher and has invincibility at his head (invincibility u don't flich butt in GW's case he can't flinch or take damage). Down-smash is good for predicting rolls and easily kill if sweet spotted (sweet spotting is when you time a move probally or space (or both) a move get the full damage and knock-back, if u fail like the n00b u r then u don't get the sweet spot, u get da sour spot). Side-Smash is like the others can kill easily and you have to sweet spot it.
Now, his aerials. His Side-air is what I like to call, the credit card of DOOM!! Does good damage and knock back if timed correctly. Back-Air is a Turtle forced into the battle against it's own will. It's a move that can hit multiple times and at the end, u get da knock-babygotback. It's a decent move, nothing special. Up-air turns GW into a thing that apparently exists. It has a wind-box that can troll ur opponents and keep the in da air. It's hard to get the second hit, but the second hit can kill easily at 96% or higher. Down-air is okay. It has a meteor smash (A meteor smash is a move that sends opponents down and can kill easily if used when ur opponents off-stage) at the VERY beginning and is hard to pull off, if you do, it's not that spectacular.
His specials are very trollish. His normal B turns him into the all-mighty and powerful MR. GIMP AND WATCH (a gimp is a recovery kill)! When ur opponents r off-stage use this move. Keep on pressing B until they r ded oar behind oar on above u. When they're being tackled by ur almighty meat (wink wink) ur can hit them with a Side-air. Down B is okay. It's a bucket that absorbs energy projectiles (Not physical ones like Link's arrows) only. When the 3 bars r full use Down-B to dish it out as oil. The damage and knock-back varies on the projectile. It can give you a boost in the direction u face so in the air u can use it 2 retreat. I don't recommend using it every time there's an energy projectile, because it usually just b8 so be g8 and avoid ur f8 m8. Side-B is Judge. It's a luck move. Use the hammer and you get a number. Each number has different effects 8 freezes peeps and 1 is useless, like you. I'm too lazy to go into detail so have a free link!http://www.ssbwiki.com/Mr._Game_&_Watch_(SSB4) it describes GW's moves and how much damage and knock-back it does. Up-B sends u into da air. It can damage foes and can be used to end combos (combos r too advanced 4 u scrubs). It sends him up a great height and gives him a parachute to gently float down with.
GW does have some good grabs and by grabs I just mean his D-throw. At low percents you can do a U-tilt and at 30% or higher you can do a Neutral-air which you can do an U-special (be sure to aim for them and not miss like the scrub u r). All other throws are useless and cannot benefit u in any way shape or form.
Play with a mix of offense and defense. Attack and retreat. Play it safe tho, GW is really light and can die easily. So in all, GW has strong attacks, Godly smashes and amazing comboz, but he is very light and is prone to combos so watch out and play it smart n safe. Keep in mind that I am quite young and new (butt still better than u) and learning so I might be wrong on some parts. That's all. I'm gonna go eat a tub of mint chocolate chip ice-cream, cry and watch the "My Little Pony"; all at the same time! PEACE OUT FEMALE DOGS!
